Sale and Purchase
The sale, by us or purchase by you of items is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Any contract with respect to goods being supplied by us does not come into effect until your order has been accepted and processed. Confirmation of your order from this site does not therefore constitute acceptance of an order.
Price
All prices quoted on this site are in pounds Sterling.
Postage will be an additional charge.
Prices are subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to vary any price at any given time on this site without prior notice.
Postage & Delivery
We only sell to UK mainland customers. Carriage charges are correct for UK mainland only. Please allow 2-3 working days for your delivery. Postage costs are as follows;
For orders under £75.00 a charge of £2.95 will be added. If your total order is over £75.00 standard postage will be free.
If you would prefer a recorded delivery option the postage will be £4.45 on any order regardless of the total order price
Next Day Delivery on orders under £75.00 will be £6.70. Orders over £75.00 will be £8.65.

Any date or period for delivery will be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders within a few days; heavy items might take longer to deliver. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by Royal Mail, our suppliers, or any other third party.
All products are sent by Royal Mail or Courier. Unless we agree otherwise your first order will only be made to the address of the person who is the holder of the credit or debit card used to purchase the products.
You bear the risk once the products have been signed for/received.
All Items are subject to stock availability.
Payment
Payment must be made in pounds Sterling only by major credit or debit cards as listed: Visa, Delta, Master Card, Switch, Electron, Solo. Items will be despatched upon clearance of funds.
Passing of Property
Any product will remain our property until full payment has been made by you, has been received by us, and has been cleared by our bankers.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information given to us by you will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with any third parties for any reason or in any form. See privacy policy for full details.
Acceptance
You will inspect products within a reasonable time after their receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us that you want to cancel your order or you notify us that the product(s) are faulty. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.
Right to Cancel (Business to Consumer only)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time before the expiry of 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the products (does not apply to trade orders; Business to Business). You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of unused items, but not the delivery charge. Alternatively you may require exchange of goods eg for larger size, upon which there will be no charge except for postage and packing which must be paid prior to despatch. Any items being returned must be as sold, undamaged and in their original packaging. If the items are to be collected they must be made freely available to any courier to collect and the cost of recovery will be deducted from any subsequent refund.
Unless faulty, after 7 working days any exchange or refund will be at our discretion.

Faulty Items
At BabyGorgeous we try hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. All items will be packaged accordingly to ensure they are protected. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may occur in transit. If you have any questions please call or email us to discuss any faulty products we will then instruct you on how to return them if necessary.
Returns
Items being returned must be accompanied by a purchase/sales receipt, be in their original packaging and unused unless faulty, failure to do so can result in your refund being delayed. Customer returns are processed within two weeks of our receipt and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined above. Should you wish to return any items the postage cost will be at your own expense. Please contact us at info@babygorgeous.co.uk before returning any items in order to obtain a returns number.
Product Descriptions
BabyGorgeous attempts to be as accurate as possible regarding all descriptions. However we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is 100% accurate completely reliable or error free. Occasionally there may be information displayed that could contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. Should that happen we reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. (Including after you have submitted your order) We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Shopping at BabyGorgeous
At BabyGorgeous you can shop with confidence knowing that we use a secure server. All payments are passed securely through Sagepay and no personal data that you might supply will be supplied to any other third parties. Should such an occasion arise that we should need to give a supplier your address, you would always be contacted prior to obtain your authorisation. Your payment card details will not be held on any database by BabyGorgeous.
